Legal Officer

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law .
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Legal Officer, preferably in corporate legal, legal administration, or similar role.
• Good understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly corporate law and regulatory compliance.
• Experienced in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and agreements.
• Understanding of mining business licensing and other relevant mining operational permits.
• Familiarity with the OSS RBA system and Indonesian business licensing processes.
• Experience in the mining industry is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and possess good communication and coordination skills.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including business licenses, operational permits, company legal documents, and other related documents.
• Ensuring all legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the company's internal policies
• Handling the company's business licensing and permit processes through the OSS system .
• Preparing documents and managing the circulation and signing process of company legal documents.
• Maintaining and organizing the company's legal documents and records.
• Ensuring that all company licenses, operational permits, and legal documents remain valid and up to date.
• Coordinating with notaries, external legal consultants, government authorities, and other third parties regarding the company's legal matters.
• Monitoring changes in laws and regulations related to the company's business activities and operations.
• Providing legal administrative support and assistance to other departments.
