• Position: HR Legal
• Location: North Jakarta
• About the Role:
• We are seeking an experienced HR Legal professional to oversee legal compliance, employee relations, and labor issue resolutions within our operations.
• Key Requirements:
• Gender: Male
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or a related field
• Experience:
• -3-5 years of experience in HR, specializing in Legal or HR Coordination
• -Proven track record in multinational companies
• -Hands-on experience resolving workplace disputes and handling labor relations within the Oil & Gas or Mining industry
• -Skills: Fluent in professional written and spoken English
• -Availability: Able to join immediately or on short notice
• Location: Domociled in Jakarta (preferred)
