• About the role
• We are a growing boutique law firm looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paralegal – Litigation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Key responsibilities
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, including statements of claim, statements of defense, replies, rejoinders, and other litigation documents
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, court decisions, and legal precedents
• Provide administrative and documentation support for ongoing litigation cases
• Monitor court proceedings and follow up on case developments
• Coordinate with external lawyers, courts, government institutions, and other relevant parties
• Assist in preparing case reports and maintaining accurate records of litigation matters
• Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings when required
• Perform other legal-related duties as assigned by the Legal team
• About you
• Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.)
• Basic understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly civil and/or criminal procedural law
• Good legal research, analytical, and legal drafting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
