• 📢 Open Hiring: Construction Sector Managing Lawyer
• 📍 Location: Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
• 💰 Salary: Up to Rp32.000.000
• We are looking for a Construction Sector Managing Lawyer to provide legal services for construction, infrastructure, and EPC projects, across the full project lifecycle from tender to handover and settlement.
• What You’ll Be Doing
• ✅ Provide legal services to clients in construction, infrastructure projects (industrial estates, ports, buildings), and EPC projects
• ✅ Independently draft and review project-specific contracts, including EPC Agreements, Joint Venture/Consortium Agreements, Subcontracts, Equipment Procurement Agreements, Performance Bonds, and construction insurance
• ✅ Handle construction claims, changes in project value/scope (variation orders), and project dispute resolution (mediation/arbitration/litigation)
• ✅ Advise on Indonesian construction law, including licensing and qualification (SIUJK/PBG), KSO arrangements, and TKDN provisions, from tender through handover and settlement
• ✅ Manage legal risk across the tender, construction, and handover stages of projects, and coordinate project dispute resolution
• ✅ Handle cross-border contracts and transactions in a business English environment
• What We’re Looking For
• ▪️ Minimum 4-5 years of legal experience in construction, infrastructure projects (industrial estates, ports, or buildings), and EPC projects, with this experience gained within the last 4-5 years
• ▪️ Fluent business English, able to handle cross-border contracts and transactions
• ▪️ Direct, independent experience drafting and reviewing project-specific contracts such as EPC Agreements, Joint Venture/Consortium Agreements, Subcontracts, Equipment Procurement Agreements, Performance Bonds, and construction insurance
• ▪️ Hands-on experience handling construction claims, variation orders (changes in project value/scope), and project dispute resolution (mediation/arbitration/litigation)
• ▪️ Solid understanding of the Indonesian construction legal system, including licensing and qualification (SIUJK/PBG), KSO rules, TKDN provisions, and the full project cycle from tender to handover and settlement
• ▪️ Holds a valid PERADI Advocate license
