- - Previous experience as a Housekeeping or Room Supervisor is mandatory
- - Good communication and organizational skills
- - Proactive, with initiative and strong anticipation skills
- - Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- - Confident, professional, and friendly attitude
- - Good personality, well-groomed, hardworking, and positive mindset
- - Able to work in the Ubud area
- Key Responsibilities
- - Maintain the quality of the villa and high standards of guest service
- - Monitor and supervise all teams in the field
- - Ensure villas are clean, neat, and ready for guest occupancy
- - Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
- - Provide training and guidance to team members
- - Supervise cleanliness and maintain villa assets
- - Report all maintenance issues to the Villa Manager
