- - Investigate customer, outlet, and internal quality complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
- - Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
- - Prepare detailed, accurate, and well-documented investigation reports and incident records.
- - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to gather evidence, validate findings, and resolve quality issues.
- - Monitor complaint resolution progress and ensure cases are closed within established timelines.
- - Communicate investigation findings, recommendations, and preventive actions clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and recommending process enhancements.
- Qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- - 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Complaint Handling, Food Safety, or a related function within the F&B, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
- - Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheet.
- - Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
