Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • - Plan & Execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including content and activity preparation (teaching aids, worksheets, etc.)
  • - Conduct On-Class Teaching during Trial Class and Open House
  • - Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parents engagement
  • - Prepare Post-Event Reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary
  • - Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline) — support presentation or Q&A if needed
  • - Participate in Training Sessions as part of teacher development

Kualifikasi

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
  • - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in early childhood or preschool teaching also open for fresh graduate or final year student with no class.
  • - Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage well with both teachers and parents.
  • - Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches.
  • - Working hours are flexible within the 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM time range.
  • - Willing to work full-time with a placement in Palembang
