• Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-Native)
• PT Eastson Pacific Indonesia is looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly responsible Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-Native) to join our technology team.
• We are seeking a developer who can independently build, maintain, and optimize web applications, leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, and take full ownership of technical projects from development to deployment.
• Job Responsibilities
• 1. Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications, covering both frontend and backend development.
• 2. Develop new features, troubleshoot issues, and improve existing applications and systems.
• 3. Utilize AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.
• 4. Independently write, review, debug, and optimize code without relying entirely on AI-generated solutions.
• 5. Develop and manage third-party API integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and external platforms.
• 6. Manage databases, server environments, deployment processes, and application performance.
• 7. Implement security best practices, including access control, credential management, and data protection.
• 8. Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure system reliability.
• 9. Maintain proper technical documentation, source code repositories, system architecture records, and deployment procedures.
• 10. Collaborate with management and relevant teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• 11. Take ownership of assigned projects, ensure timely delivery, and proactively communicate progress, risks, and technical issues.
• 12. Provide technical support and coordinate on urgent system-related matters when necessary, including outside regular working hours under mutually agreed arrangements.
• 13. Ensure proper knowledge transfer, documentation, and handover of systems, projects, and technical responsibilities.
• 14. Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features into web applications, including AI-based recommendations, content generation, data analysis, and intelligent automation.
• 15. Build and maintain integrations with external platforms such as TikTok, e-commerce services, and AI/LLM APIs, including authentication, data synchronization, error handling, and API security.
• Requirements
• 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 2. 5–10 years of professional experience in full stack web development or related software engineering roles.
• 3. Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
• 4. Strong backend development experience using Node.js and/or PHP Laravel.
• 5. Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• 6. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party API integrations, webhooks, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms.
• 7. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent.
• 8. Ability to independently write, review, troubleshoot, and maintain production-ready code, including code generated with AI assistance.
• 9. Proficient in Git/GitHub, version control, debugging, testing, and deployment workflows.
• 10. Good understanding of server management, application security, database optimization, and system performance.
• 11. Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs and developing AI-powered application features, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, and backend integration.
• 12. Ability to design scalable and secure integrations with third-party platforms, including OAuth, API rate limits, webhooks, and data synchronization.
• 13. Experience maintaining and improving existing codebases, including legacy systems.
• 14. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and technical decision-making abilities.
• 15. Proactive, responsive, self-driven, and capable of managing projects independently with minimal supervision.
• 16. Strong communication skills and a high sense of accountability for project delivery and system reliability.
• 17. Willing to work full-time, Work From Office (WFO), in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
• Preferred Qualifications
• - Experience integrating TikTok, e-commerce, payment gateway, or other third-party platforms.
• - Experience developing AI-powered applications or integrating LLM APIs.
• - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• - Experience designing scalable system architectures and managing production environments.
• - Ability to evaluate new technologies and recommend practical technical solutions.
