• In this role you will build and lead a team responsible for transforming Macquarie's approach to third-party distributor governance and oversight. You will establish clear standards and expectations for financial advisers and third-party distributors, ensuring practices remain aligned with evolving regulatory and community expectations. You will lead the identification and management of distributor conduct issues, including investigations into complaints, cyber incidents, fraud and regulatory matters, while overseeing corrective action and consequence management. Through data-driven monitoring and risk-based assurance, you will strengthen oversight across the distribution network. Partnering closely with AFSL holders, distributors and senior stakeholders across Sales, Distribution, Product, Risk and Legal, you will drive the enhancement of Macquarie's third-party risk framework and provide meaningful reporting to key governance forums.
