• Requirements :
• - Have experience in hotel/villa operations or similar supervisory role.
• - Strong understanding of operational procedures (daily, monthly, and annual cycles).
• - Ability to monitor, control, and ensure service quality standards.
• - Skilled in staff scheduling, coordination, and performance control.
• - Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good guest relations.
• - Capable of handling and completing operational projects effectively.
• - Ability to set, monitor, and evaluate operational KPI targets.
