• - Min D3/S1 graduates from any majors
• - English C1 minimum
• - Communicative
• - Willing to work including Weekend and Public Holiday & Permanent Night Shift Schedule
• - Willing to place in Jakarta with 3 month contract
• Responsibility :
• - Handle Customer Inquiries by email, livechat, or call
• - Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
• - Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
• - Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
• - Complete All Chat Logs
• - Updating customers profile into computer
• - Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
• - Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
• Salary 8.2 Mill Gross
• Work Location: In person
