• About the role
• Lead the successful delivery of diesel power plant (PLTD) installation projects by ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical and quality standards.
• Key responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including preparation, mobilization/demobilization, installation, de-installation, and commissioning activities
• Ensure project schedules, quality standards, and cost targets are achieved
• Lead technician pool planning and ensure readiness of manpower, tools, and equipment to support operational requirements
• Drive project risk management and implement mitigation plans to ensure project continuity
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture across all project activities
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
• About you
• Min. D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in project management within power generation, EPC, heavy equipment, energy, construction project, installation, commissioning or industrial sector.
• Experience in diesel power plant (PLTD), generator installation, or similar power generation projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, risk management, and resource planning.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Flexible to work across project sites and handle high-intensity field assignments.
• Familiar with HSE regulations and best practices in project environments.
