Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • - Prepare a complete project plan, including project schedules, deliverables, personnel plans, deployment plans, change management, and assist with project planning;
  • - Prepare Kick-Off Meetings and manage expectations from relevant users;
  • - Manage the project team to plan the project to meet the agreed timeline, scope, and cost;
  • - Manage issues and risks across the project;
  • - Prepare project status reports and ad hoc project reports as required by BPUI;
  • - Prepare the Project Implementation Report (PIR) after go-live;
  • - Ensure all project documents are completed in accordance with applicable BPUI procedures;
  • - Perform all tasks in accordance with all BPUI policies and procedures;

Kualifikasi

  • - Bachelor Degree
  • - Minimum > 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in Banking, Sekuritas or Finance
  • - Able to collaborate with the business team to prepare business case plans and obtain approval from relevant users;
  • - Able to coordinate with relevant teams to gather and finalize business requirements;
  • - Have experience working in the finance industry
  • - Full WFO in Jakarta
  • - Willing to work in the finance industry (Insurance, banking, etc.)
