• We’re looking for a Youth Engagement Coordinator to join Plan International Indonesia!
• If you’re passionate about youth empowerment and believe young people should be more than just participants — they should be decision-makers, changemakers, and leaders — this role might be for you!
• What you’ll be working on:
• Empowering youth-led groups and initiatives to grow and create lasting impact.
• Supporting youth-led advocacy, campaigns, and movements.
• Building meaningful partnerships with youth networks and organizations.
• Making youth participation more inclusive, safe, and impactful across our programmes.
• Turning ideas, evidence, and collaboration into action for children’s rights and gender equality.
• Who are we looking for?
• Someone with experience in youth engagement, advocacy, programme coordination, and partnership-building, who enjoys collaborating with young people and diverse stakeholders. Strong communication skills, a good understanding of GEDSI and safeguarding, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential.
