• - - Supervise and control daily floor operation.
• - - Ensure smooth guest flow, table allocation, and service operation.
• - - Monitor floor team performance, grooming, and service standards.
• - - Ensure all floor areas are clean, organized, and ready for operation.
• - - Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• - - Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth floor operation.
• - - Conduct team briefing and provide direction during operation.
• - - Monitor and follow up on operational issues during the shift.
• - - Ensure SOP and company standards are consistently followed.
• Persyaratan
• - - Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
• - - Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor or 3-4 years as a Floor Captain
• - - Soft Competencies: Leadership, communication skills, problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail
• - - Technical Competencies: Service sequence & F&B SOPs, POS systems, basic complaint handling, product knowledge (food & beverage), floor control management
