Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • - Conduct requirements gathering workshops with client users for vanilla/standard product scope,
  • - Configure system parameters, master data settings, and module options per approved requirements,
  • - Design and develop end-user training materials: manuals, quick guides, job aids
  • - Deliver training sessions (classroom, virtual, floor support) to client end users
  • - Prepare and review UAT test scripts and scenarios covering both vanilla features and integrated gap solutions,
  • - Facilitate UAT sessions: coordinate client users, log defects, track resolution with the development party
  • - Escalate UAT defects to PM; escalate functional/standards issues to Development Team
  • - Support cutover activities and provide hypercare (post go-live support)
  • - Document SOPs, user guides, and operational handover materials

Kualifikasi

  • - A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Multifinance project management and implementation
  • - Deep knowledge of Multifinance business process
  • - Proven ability to manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and keep projects within budget.
  • - Exceptional interpersonal skills to translate technical jargon into business value and manage client expectations.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • - Excellent analytical skills
  • - Strong multitasking skills
