• Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, depending on the position.
• Have relevant work experience in quality assurance, quality control, merchandising, production, purchasing, documentation, or research and development.
• Understand basic production processes, quality standards, and operational procedures in the manufacturing or garment industry.
• Have good analytical, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, disciplined, and responsible in completing tasks.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and documentation.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines according to production schedules.
• Willing to follow company policies, work procedures, and quality standards.
• Have a strong commitment to maintaining product quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
