• Job Description
• Support the daily activities of the Transport Services Division through operational, administrative, and reporting tasks.
• Assist in ensuring maintenance planning and periodic maintenance activities are carried out according to the planned schedule.
• Help analyze unscheduled breakdowns for parts forecasting needs.
• Help analyze recurring unscheduled breakdowns and provide technical suggestions to reduce breakdown frequency.
• Help recommend spare parts to be stocked in the warehouse to improve parts availability.
• Support operational administration and reporting activities.
• Job Requirements
• Undergraduate student with NO ACTIVE CLASSES or fresh graduate (S1) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or other relevant engineering-related fields .
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Available to join ASAP.
• Able to be fully committed to a 6-month internship period .
• Able to work full-time from office (WFO), Monday-Friday.
