• As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in driving consistent service management and delivery practices across Financial, People and Engagement Data Data. You will work closely with capability leaders, business stakeholders and technology teams to improve how work is prioritised, planned, governed and reported, while providing clear visibility of delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, workforce planning and financial performance.You will coordinate operational processes across multiple teams, support service performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure effective collaboration between business and technology stakeholders. Your work will contribute to the successful delivery of data services that support critical business outcomes across Finance, Treasury and Risk Management.
