Fraud Investigator, SPX Express

• Job Description
• Support the safety and security of SPX Express personnel and assets within the assigned area.
• Conduct investigations related to fraud, loss, damage, and other operational issues.
• Gather information and evidence, perform analysis, and prepare investigation reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams and relevant stakeholders to support case resolution.
• Monitor issues related to SPX Express and Shopee through social media and other available sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, driver communities, and other external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and reports on case progress and area conditions.
• Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in investigation, fraud, risk, compliance, audit, security, operations, or related fields.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or other operational environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Willing to work in the field and travel for business when required.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta, Pontianak or Bali.
