• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting (in-house or agency)
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices is a plus
• Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals for sourcing
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Conduct initial screening and interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams
• Maintain and update the ScaleOcean Recruiter Platform
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
• Preferred Qualifications:
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platform
