(REMOTE) IT Intern

• Role Overview:
• This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about IT and have demonstrable skills or interest in following areas:
• Business Process Automation
• Conduct studies and assessments on integration requirements between different platforms , systems, and applications.
• Design, recommend, and implement integrations between Microsoft 365 and third-party platforms using Power Automate connectors, APIs, or supported integration tools.
• Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate , Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into automation and integration solutions.
• Recommend productivity, workflow, and integration tools within the Microsoft environment to improve operational efficiency.
• Document automation workflows, integration logic, dependencies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Cyber Security
• Manage to obtain the certification of Cyber Essentials Mark (CEM) in Singapore , including gap analysis, remediation planning, implementation coordination, and audit readiness.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and auditors to ensure cybersecurity initiatives are implemented effectively and on schedule.
• Prepare and maintain cybersecurity-related documentation, policies, risk registers, and compliance evidence.
• Internship Details
• Internship duration: 6 months to 1 year
• This is a 100% remote / work-from-home role
• Interns are required to handle all internship-related paperwork directly with their university
• Please ensure that your university allows or approves remote internships
• High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time position upon completion of the internship, subject to performance and business needs
• Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analyst or related field
• Strong interest and proven coursework, project, or freelance experience in Cyber Security or Business Process Automation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft OS environment and its related cloud tools such as Power Automation, Power App, Power BI etc
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English
